Terran Federation Bastion Mobile Command Center

The very largest of the tanks found in the Terran Federation armory are classed as "Super Heavy".  These vehicles dwarf conventional armored vehicles, and typically contain multiple weapon systems which can rival the firepower found in an entire squadron of common Federation tanks.  While rare, and tactically limited due to their slower speed and massive fuel requirements in the field, there is no denying their effectiveness in combat once brought to bear.

The Bastion Mobile Command Center dwarfs nearly every other Terran Federation Vehicle, with the exception of the even larger Citadel Mega-Transport.  Its main purpose is to act as a surface-based forward command center and troop transport, though it's armament leaves little to be desired.  The Bastion stands over 5 stories tall, and features a transport bay large enough to house an entire platoon of 150 fighting men along with its command squad and transport vehicle.  The upper decks feature multiple heavy weapon systems, a command deck and bridge, and a large firing platform which allows transported Infantrymen to fire from the vehicle protected by its multiple banks of energy fields.

The Bastion features no less than 12 automated point defense turrets providing cover for disembarking infantry and defense against assaulting enemy units.  Along its broadsides, the Bastion sports 6 heavy laser turrets for protection against enemy vehicles, along with a War Hammer Turret on its 4th deck which can rotate nearly 360 degrees providing protection against all but the heaviest of enemy armor.  The biggest threat the Bastion brings to bear is undoubtedly its Centerline Mega-Cannon, which runs the entire length of the weapon deck.  This massive cannon fires 900mm high-explosive shells which have enough power to level buildings and lay waste to entire enemy formations with every monstrous blast.
